Would you like to exchange your product? That won't be an issue. To do this, contact us at info@earthapplecreations-shop.nl. Please note that you will be charged for the costs involved in the return shipment.

Return

You might want to return an order. Perhaps the product was not to your liking, or possibly there is another reason why you would rather not keep your order. Whatever your reason is, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery.

In this case, we will return the complete fee of the original order, including the involved shipping costs of the original order. The only charges for your account are the shipping costs for returning the product to us. This will be about €6,95 per parcel, but please consult the exact prices on the website of your carrier.

If you are using your right of withdrawal, the product, with all the delivered additions and in the original state and packaging - if reasonably possible - will be returned to us. In case you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, please contact us through info@earthapplecreations-shop.nl. We will then transfer the due amount within 14 days after you report the return, provided the returned product has been received in good order.
